Here is a really great idea. A long sleeve shirt that is covered in tattoos. These give the look of being covered completely with body art! If you want to get some attention, this should do it. You could actually wear it with another t-shirt over top of it if you don’t want to look like you are walking around shirtless. There are several styles of tattoo shirts available.
